VITAMINS

All types of Vitamins : 
Some of vitamins are soluble in water and other is soluble in oil. On the bases of water solubility effect, vitamins can be categorized as - 

(1) Vitamin A
(2) Vitamin D 
(3) Vitamin E 

Vitamin A: 
Vitamin A involves retinal and beta carotene. Retinal is the most important element for cell development and retina of eye. Good source for them are carrot, broccoli, peppers, spinach and tomatoes.  Fresh vegetables should be to extract the maximum amount of vitamin. 
Vitamin D:
Vitamin D is the most essential element for our bone structure. Sun is the best free source of vitamin D from sun light calcium is absorbed which gives the bones hard. It is essential is develop of small babies and to save there little bony strcture. Take of vitamin D Should be increased in winter season. Fish oil is also a good source of vitamin D but as it is valuable to use it so nature has supply you a free source of vitamin D in from of sun light. A small amount of vitamin D can be increases from food too as it is important for us to take it in diet. Cereals milk and other dairy products can be taken in this matter.
